PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY

Moments in Time Photography Studio accepts payments via cash, money orders, personal check or Visa MC with immediate processing. All of the following major credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Personal checks must clear before the order is processed, so please allow for 3-4 weeks if paying by personal check.

Returned Check policy
All returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Portrait Creative Session
Cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance of your session date. All cancellations made within 48hrs forfeits your session fee.

Each client is allowed two rescheduling credits for their portrait creative sessions. Any additional request to reschedule will incur $50 rescheduling fee and must be paid immediately to reserve your new date. Rescheduling due to weather conditions will not count against your reschedule credits.

 Event Photography
Weddings and Special Event payments are paid on a schedule outlined at the time you book your wedding or Special Event with Moments in Time Photography Studio. If you cancel your wedding or Special Event you are no longer obligated to pay the balance of your investment. However, You must cancel 90 days prior to your wedding or special event or all monies paid prior to cancellation is forfeited.

We are an independent, professional, full service photography studio and we try our best to work with each client understanding that their needs are unique. These policies are in place to assure that all clients are treated the same just as we value each client the same.
