Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash
Money orders
Personal checks (please allow 3–4 weeks for processing)
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
Returned Check Fee: $35 per returned check.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Portrait & Creative Sessions:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the session fee.
Each client is allowed up to two reschedule requests. Beyond that, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
Weather-related reschedules do not count against your reschedule credits.
Weddings & Special Events:
Payments are made according to a pre-agreed schedule.
Cancellations must be made at least 90 days in advance to receive a refund of any balance not yet paid.
Any payments made within 90 days of the event are non-refundable.
We are a professional, independent full-service photography studio. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and consistency while allowing us to provide the best possible service to each and every client.
