Cake Smash Gallery: Halifax First Birthday Sessions
Welcome to our cake smash gallery. Our Halifax sessions celebrate your baby's first birthday with fun, colourful portraits at our studio. At Moments in Time Photography Studio, we create a relaxed, playful environment where your little one can dig in, make a mess, and be completely themselves — while we capture every joyful moment.
Every cake smash session in this cake smash gallery includes a fully decorated set tailored to your chosen theme, professional studio lighting, and expert editing. We serve families across Halifax, Bedford, Dartmouth, and the HRM area.
What's Included in Your Cake Smash Session
Our cake smash packages include a pre-smash portrait session, full cake smash coverage, and an optional splash bath finale. You’ll view your session live in-studio the same day and pick your favourites for prints or digital files, ready within 5–7 business days (faster with express service).

Every family’s session is different. Some babies dive straight into the cake, others take a while to warm up, and both make wonderful portraits. Sessions run about an hour in our private studio at 51 Crozier Court, with the cake, decor and cleanup handled for you, and you can get directions on Google Maps before your visit.
